A. Meet the Requirements

• Monthly income of 3x rent, proof of income required.

• Credit score 640+ required.

• Criminal background check required.

• No pets, no smoking. 

• Tenant responsible for all utilities, garbage, lawncare, and snow removal. 

• 12 months lease preferred. 

• Renter's Insurance required. 

B. Fill out the Application (for each tenant)

Pay non-refundable application fee for credit and background checks.

C. Sign the Lease (After approved)

First month rent and security deposit (= monthly rent) required at lease signing.

   • Checklist to Receive Deposit Back
